Baruffalti Electromechanical Turrets
Baruffaldi started its business in the machine tools branch about 50 years ago with the manufacturing of mechanical clutches, followed by electromagnetic brakes and clutches.

Thanks to the development of the market and to the experience gained during the 70s, Barrufaldi expanded its product range and started production of, Toolholder Turrets, Rotating Toolholders and 2 speed Gearboxes as well as expanding into markets such as agricultural, weaving and the motor vehicle industries with a ever expanding range of mechanical, electro-mechanical, single, multi-disc Clutches and Brakes.

Electromechanical turrets - Type TS
Disc/Toolholder Plate type Indexing Turret, indexed by 3 phase motor, offering, fast, non lifting, bi-directional rotation, coupled with high load capabilities.

Electromechanical turrets - Type TSMA
Same specification as above, with addition of external driven tool system, with automatic engagement/disengagement of VDI Driven Toolholders.

Electromechanical turrets - Type TB
Disc/Toolholder Plate type Indexing Turret, indexed via a brushless servomotor, offering rapid, shockless indexing, coupled with pneumatic or hydraulic clamping.

Electromechanical turrets - Type TBMA
Same specification as above, with addition of external driven tool system, with automatic engagement/disengagement of VDI Driven Toolholders.

Electromechanical turrets - Type TBMR
Same specification as TB Turret with internal radial driven tool system, for sub spindle/back-machining aplications.

Electromechanical turrets - Type TAN
Vertical axis/Head type 4, 6 or 8 station Indexing Turrets, offering, any sequence indexing, rigid tool clamping, Turret sizes to cater from 57mm C/L up-to large chuck & oil field type CNC lathes with toolholding based on DIN 69881/VDI 3425 norms.
